GK – from traditional contractor to service provider

It has been a privilege to join GK ambitious journey from a traditional technical contractor to a service provider. GK is not a typical design client, but has embraced the importance of the user experience across services and touch points and design as a strategic tool. It is still a long way to go, but already there are impressive results. We look forward to continuing the journey!

Background

Process

Nice are working strategically with GK on both the long-term service vision, as well as designing their digital products. This process involves both defining a service blueprint that breaks down how a digital transformation and increased automation will impact GK’s offerings, their customer needs and business opportunities, as well as designing their cloud products to meet this future vision.

Working with Nice has made us realize that design is a strategic tool, and that designing for the user impacts all layers of the organization
